TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
You can click the tracking number in the email to view your shipment status. If the link does not work or you need assistance, please email info@shopkahmi.com with your order number on the subject line.
INCORRECT OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
If a package is returned to KAHMI due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the order.
We will contact you with an invoice for the additional shipping cost if this occurs.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Once an order has been shipped, KAHMI is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with USPS using the tracking information provided.
